jagan playing many games to become c.m of andrapradesh.these bi-election is also part of his games.he is taking this election as prestige nd spending plenty of money  for his majority of voters.even he is spending 7000 for each vote in cudapah.he is thinking this election as c.m main election and spending crores of money over there.as per records,more than 30000 voters are outside frm cudapah ,he is spending there to nd fro charges nd paying 30000 per voter and cal them for election.and he is paying 25000 for each family who is taking sakshi paper daily.he was spending all his money for his future use i.e..,to become cm
